Literacy Volunteers of Greater Hartford has provided adult literacy services to the community since 1972. The tagline "Read. Learn. Grow." served as a launching point for a new logo. The design presented an abstraction of an open book with a spirit of growth and positive energy. The design was honored with a prestigious Gold Award from the international logo design competition Graphis.
